Personal data transmitted

It is not necessary to transmit personal data to consult the Site.

AIM avocats only collects data that is strictly necessary for the implementation of the Services.

If you use the contact form to send requests, you must avoid transmitting confidential information. Indeed, if you are not a client of AIM avocats, this information may not be covered by professional secrecy and could be disclosed to third parties.

Purposes of data collection

AIM avocats keeps this personal data for the period strictly necessary for the performance of the Services and more generally for the purposes mentioned above. Beyond this period, AIM avocats archives the personal data necessary for the exercise of a right and for the proof of this right, for the duration of the applicable prescription periods or by virtue of the legal obligations to which it is bound. The information stored under cookies, or any other element used to identify you and allowing their traceability, as well as the raw data of frequentation associating an identifier, will not be kept beyond thirteen months.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (2016/679) (“GDPR”), any natural person concerned who can prove his or her identity has a right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability of personal data concerning him or her and limitation of processing, as well as to the fate of the same data after death. Any person whose personal data has been collected by AIM avocats has the right to refer to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (whose contact details can be found at www.cnil.fr/fr/vous-souhaitez-contacter-la-cnil) in the event that AIM avocats has not responded to a request within one month of this request. This period may be extended by two months in case of complexity and number of requests.
